Bloom Op Shop is a secondhand social enterprise, saving garments from landfill and providing affordable fashion. Please see our returns process below for both in-store and online shopping.

We adhere to the regulations of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission Consumer Guarantees with our policies. 

If your item is faultyplease contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

All items are sold 'as is', and are inspected thoroughly before sale. Some of these items will have minor wear, however we list all imperfections.

We are not responsible for faults due to inappropriate item care, or general wear and tear.

For items bought in-store:
 
Please shop mindfully, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size purchases for items bought in-store. Please ensure you have tried on your items if shopping in-store with us.

Items bought from our Pay-Per-Kilo or Thrift Bins are in some way imperfect. Please ensure you have checked the item is in a condition you are happy with purchasing. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on thrift bin items as this section carries the expectation of imperfection and is advertised as such.

For items bought online: 
Items bought online only through our website are eligible for return or exchange, with return postage at the buyer's cost. If you wish to return an item bought online, you must contact us first. 

Items bought online must have a return initiated within 10 days of placing the order. If you wish to return a pickup order, the same rule applies. You must supply your online order receipt in order to return items purchased online, whether you are returning your online purchase in-store or through the post. Items must have our original tag attached, and free of stains, smells or pet hair.

Our website stock is also in our South Brisbane store to try on!

Bloom Op Shop is not responsible for any damages, delays or losses caused by Australia Post/Sendle/International Post. Any customs/related charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please ensure you provide your full and correct address, as we are not responsible for sending your item to the wrong address.

AUS Standard shipping - $9
AUS Express shipping - $15
Heavier orders will incur a higher shipping price calculated at checkout. 
AUS orders over $150 - Free Shipping

All Australian orders are sent with Parcel Post or Sendle and standard delivery times apply.

Some delays may occur in busier periods, and orders are only shipped on business days.

All shipping is tracked. Please check your postcode on Australia Post's website to determine your delivery time from Brisbane, Australia. Next day is not always guaranteed for Express Post depending on your location, please refer to delivery times on Australia Post's website.
