Golden Ticket Promotion – Terms & Conditions (QLD)

  1. Promoter: Bloom Op Shop

  2. Promotion period: 2.1.26 to 4.1.26, or while Golden Tickets last.

  3. Eligibility: Open to customers who make a purchase in-store during the promotion period.

  4. How to participate:

    • The promotion applies only to select items that contain a Golden Ticket.

    • Customers who purchase an item at its normal retail price that contains a Golden Ticket will receive the prize stated on that ticket.

    • No additional cost or entry fee applies.

  5. Golden Tickets:

    • A limited number of items contain Golden Tickets.

    • Golden Tickets are randomly placed in select items prior to sale.

    • Not all items contain a Golden Ticket, and but every purchase of a Golden Ticket item will redeem a prize

  6. Prizes:

    • Prizes are as stated below and pertain only to Bloom Op Shop

    • Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash unless stated otherwise.

  7. Limits:

    • Maximum of one Golden Ticket prize per transaction, unless otherwise stated.

  8. General:

    • The promoter reserves the right to verify purchases and invalidate claims where the promotion has not been used in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

    • This promotion is conducted in accordance with Queensland trade promotion regulations and no permit is required.
